About the Instructor:
Lupita's wellness journey began at the young age of 14 when she discovered the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. This experience ignited a passion within her to learn, develop and share wellbeing practices with others. Over the years, she has traveled the world to train under renowned yoga masters, accumulating an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience. Lupita has also donated over 2,500 community hours, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to making wellness accessible to all and has curated and led immersive retreats around the world.
Today, Lupita continues to pursue her passion for wellness through a variety of initiatives. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Psychology from Harvard University Extension School with a focus on burnout and stress prevention, further enhancing her expertise in this field. Additionally, Lupita is the founder of Yoga from the Heart, a purpose-driven company that partners with organizations and local communities to develop accessible and sustainable wellness programs that help people thrive.
