Gwen Mdinaradze
Gwen is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of knowledge and its ability to drive meaningful change. Guided by these principles, Gwen founded Speakers Alliance Canada (SAC), an international consulting and training company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. At SAC, Gwen partners with C-suite executives and organizational leaders to design and deliver customized learning and development programs that drive organizational growth, innovation, and cultural transformation.
An accomplished community builder and communicator, Gwen has dedicated her career to fostering collaboration and connection. She is the founder of JANO (Joint Alliance of Networking and Outsourcing), an exclusive global network (www.Jano.global) that brings together thought leaders, innovators, and industry professionals. Gwen also actively contributes to Harvard’s global community initiatives as the Global Chapter Organizer for the Harvard Business School Online Global Community. Additionally, she has served as Deputy Director for the Global Inclusion Committee (DEIB) at the Harvard Extension Student Association, where she advocated diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
As an innovative Business Consultant, Gwen supports start-up founders in achieving sustainable growth and competitive advantage through her proprietary PDC Formula (Plan, Disrupt, Communicate). This framework equips leaders with actionable strategies to disrupt competitors, inspire change, and drive measurable success.
Gwen is a registered practitioner with the Canadian Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and holds membership in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She also serves on SIOP’s International Affairs Committee, reflecting her dedication to advancing the science and practice of workplace psychology on a global scale. Gwen is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Harvard University Extension School, further solidifying her expertise in employee behavior, organizational change, and leadership development. She is also a proud member of the Pi Lambda Theta Honor Society, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.
