Cole Tibbs

Director of Marketing and Veteran Coordinator

Cole Tibbs is an ALM Candidate in Psychology currently conducting his thesis on human performance optimization. He holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Graphic Communication. As a Navy Cryptologist, he led a two-time intelligence excellence award-winning team in conducting Maritime Information Operations during deployment to Fifth and Sixth Fleet.

Cole is a business owner and regional director of a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for mental health support for veterans.


Currently working as a research assistant at the Recovery Research Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Cole investigates alcohol and substance use disorder treatment and recovery. In the future, he hopes to expand this research into veteran populations, focusing on mitigating mental health crises in recently separated veterans. He also works as a behavior technician and mental health worker, providing therapeutic support to children with autism and patients in the largest private psychiatric hospital in Massachusetts.


Cole is committed to a career in medicine and mental health. Building upon his wide breadth of research and clinical experience, he intends to pursue medical school, specializing in Psychiatry, enabling him to provide medical care to veterans for decades to come.
